Our goal is to make your travel in Varanasi smooth, safe, and enjoyable. This Refund & Cancellation Policy clearly explains when cancellations are allowed and how refunds are handled.

By confirming any booking with us, you automatically accept the terms written below.


1. Basic Refund Rules

Refunds are provided only for bookings that meet our cancellation conditions.
All approved refunds are sent back through the same payment method used during booking.

Please remember that some services like hotels, boat rides, or special tour tickets are controlled by third-party providers, and their rules may apply.


2. Tour Package Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your tour booking:

More than 48 hours before the tour
You will receive a full refund, except payment processing charges (if any).

Between 24 to 48 hours before the tour
You will receive a 50% refund.

Less than 24 hours before the tour start
No refund will be given.

If you do not arrive on the tour day (No-Show)
No refund will be applicable.


3. Special or Customized Tours

Tours designed specially for you (private boats, photo tours, luxury vehicles, etc.) may follow stricter cancellation rules.
Refunds in such cases depend on the policies of the service providers involved.


4. Hotel Booking Refund Policy

Hotel reservations follow the individual hotel’s cancellation terms.

Generally:

  • Cancellation before 48 hours of check-in may be eligible for a refund

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in is non-refundable

  • Early check-out does not qualify for a refund

Any advance paid to hotels or agents is refundable only if the hotel approves it.


5. Boat Ride Cancellation Policy

Boat rides depend on time schedules and weather conditions.

If you cancel:

  • Before 24 hours: 50% refund

  • Within 24 hours: No refund

If we cancel due to weather or safety reasons:

You can either reschedule the ride or receive a full refund.


6. Airport Pickup & Drop Services

  • Cancellation before 4 hours: Full refund

  • Cancellation between 2–4 hours: 50% refund

  • Cancellation within 2 hours or no-show: No refund


7. Wrong or Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a double payment or wrong transaction, inform us within 24 hours along with payment proof.
After verification, the extra amount will be refunded.


8. Cases Where Refund Is Not Given

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You miss a tour due to late arrival

  • Changes are requested after the service has started

  • You leave the tour midway for personal reasons

  • Bookings are made during peak festivals (like देव दीपावली) unless stated otherwise

  • Non-refundable services are booked on your behalf


9. Refund Time Frame

Once your refund is approved:

  • Bank transfer: 4–7 working days

  • UPI payments: 1–3 working days

  • International cards: 7–14 working days

Actual time may vary depending on your bank.
